"It takes a whole village to raise a child..."

The Mothers Peace Movement, or MOM, was born on Mothers Day, 1999. It is a much needed movement led by mothers to unite our community in a conscious effort to raise children in a nonviolent and loving environment. We acknowledge that Peace is a Choice, and we ask people to begin the habit of paying close attention to the messages that toys and media send to our children.
